It is my biggest honor as a dentist to have a specialized skill set that allows me to help people restore and maintain their oral health. I feel the best way to accomplish this is to foster teamwork between the patient and the dentist, and develop an ongoing relationship built on a foundation of trust and experience together. I consider it a great privilege to be able to provide dental care to patients, and deeply enjoy working with every unique patient to create a treatment plan that is personalized to the patient’s needs. I take pride in this community that I call home, and am excited to continue to contribute to the community by helping meet the oral health care needs within it and beyond. — Dr. Alyssa Cattle
Education and Continuing Education
Dr. Alyssa Cattle received her Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Nebraska Omaha and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.
Dr. Alyssa highly values continuing education that allows her to learn how to better serve her patients. With a focus on comprehensive care, it is her goal to learn about a wide variety of dental topics. This mindset allows all three doctors to refer within the practice whenever possible and reduce the number of times a patient has to travel to see a specialist outside the practice.
Living in the Seward/Lincoln community for most of her life, Dr. Alyssa understands the importance of giving back to the community that has supported her. As part of her involvement as a student, and then as a part-time clinical instructor at UNMC College of Dentistry, she has enjoyed participating in many volunteer opportunities in the Lincoln community, including providing dental care at several community health centers, as well as volunteering at many events to provide treatment for children and adults in need of dental care. These opportunities are some of her favorite experiences as a dentist, and each is a wonderful learning opportunity.

Growing up about two miles north of Seward, NE, Dr. Alyssa lived in the Seward community from birth through high school. She is excited for the opportunity to practice nearby in both Milford and Fallbrook.
Dr. Alyssa and her husband, Roger, were married in June 2009. Roger is an eighth-grade science teacher for Lincoln Public Schools. He is also a beekeeper in his spare time, and has stayed involved in his family’s banking business in Seward.
They have two black cats named Newton and Rosalind, and a red heeler named Red who are all dearly loved like children. And yes, Dr. Alyssa does brush their teeth, because pets need to have good oral health too!
Dr. Alyssa’s favorite way to spend her time outside of work is with her loved ones. She feels very blessed to live close to most of her family, including her parents, sisters, and nieces and nephews. She also loves to travel, experience new places, and try new things.
